FRAME exists to preserve the human trail as machines perceive more, generate more, remember more, and act more.
Interconnection may scale without limit. Authority may not.
They will perceive space.
They will generate worlds.
They will remember across time.
They will act inside physical and simulated environments.
In an age where AI systems move from generating text to perceiving space, generating worlds, and acting within physical environments, the question of who governs those perceptions and actions becomes urgent.
Witness Protocol is the constitutional architecture built for that moment.
Accountability is the foundation of human authority; it cannot be delegated to an intelligence engine or a black box.
Detection is a machine function. Consequentiality is a constitutional determination.
Authority is not an output of computation.
It is a human claim recorded in time and space.
Witness Protocol preserves the human trail as AI systems perceive, generate, and act in increasingly complex worlds.
